The REDUX - Whisper Kat

 This set is part of the 'REDUX' series for PRISM, which is mostly additions, fixes, or variations to the original PRISM series. I'm generally trying to avoid full-on RETCONS but I just want to go back and revisit some issues I did. 

 

This set is based on 'VENUS BETA ASYLUM'  and features the criminal partner of Onyx Kat, 'Whisper Kat' aka "The Kriminal Katz":
