The Loonantics

The Loonantics are a psychotic group of villains located in Venus Beta's dangerous Outer City area. The leader, Loon, is by far the most dangerous of them all but his brother Krazy can become just as bad if he wants. They are both on Venus Beta's Central City most wanted list. Insane and his girlfriend Checkers however were both inmates of Venus Beta Asylum until they were broken free by Insane's long time friend Krazy with the help of his brother. Checkers somehow manages to keep connections in Venus Beta Asylum and leave at will strangely enough.
