Lord Kakadoodoo Transformation

When I had pictured Lord Kakadoodoo, I knew he had to be disgusting. He's the lord of filth and disgust after all but I couldn't think of how we would look. It was important to me because I needed him to appear as a ominous threat after created the idea of him in:

I had planned on using this ogre model I got from a nice person that was willing to share it, on ShareCG:

I did some work on him in the advanced Poser room he just didn't seem "disgusting" enough. The model was perfect and I knew it would work but what I could I do to make it more...putrid and a threat to PRISM...
